You may optionally provide details such as academic level, major or field of study, institution, and role.
Content You Provide
We process the documents, text, images, and other materials you upload or enter so StudiBudi can generate study material, tests, flashcards, notes, essays, and prep sessions you request.
Usage Data
We collect information about how the product is used, including features opened, sessions started, tests completed, daily prompt usage, and general performance metrics.

Service Delivery
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve study tools including test generation, flashcards, study prep sessions, lecture notes, writing assistance, and scoring sheets.

We analyze aggregated and anonymized usage patterns to improve reliability, user experience, and the quality of generated learning material.
Communication
We may use your email to send important service updates, security alerts, and replies to support requests. We do not send marketing email without consent.

You can view profile information, study history, and saved content in the app. You may contact us to request a copy of personal data associated with your account.
Correction
You can update profile information through account settings or contact support for help correcting account data.
Deletion
You can delete individual generated items. To request full account deletion, contact support and we will process the request within the applicable retention window.
Consent
Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal.

We use cookies and local storage to maintain authentication sessions, remember preferences, and keep core product features working.
